Upon arrival, an ID or passport is required.
The reservation is confirmed, once the agreed deposit is received by the business. The remaining balance has to be paid at the property upon arrival.
Rates are in Euro, per room and per night and include VAT. 13%, accommodation tax €0.50 per night and all legal taxes.
In case the customer cancels the reservation, the deposit is non-refundable. If the customer decides to leave earlier than agreed, no refund will be made.
Only in case of force majeure, when the business cannot, totally or partially, fulfill its obligations to the customer, there can be a refund and there will be an attempt to provide you accommodation in another hotel or apartment in the area, if possible.
The manager and employees of the accommodation are not entitled to enter the apartments, without prior information and confirmation from the guest. The manager may enter the apartments, in the absence of the guest, only when there is a reason to worry that the accommodation or the guests are in danger or in case the guests violate the rules of the business.
Daily housekeeping is not available and no member of the cleaning crew enters the apartments after check-in. Each apartment has its own equipment and cleaning products. In case of long bookings (>7 days) the cleaning service is offered, only at customer request, at least one day before the desired date.
The number of guests allowed during the stay is agreed at the time of booking. In case that there are more guests than agreed, upon arrival or during the stay, the accommodation reserves the right to cancel the reservation or impose additional charges.
For children of 0-2 years old, a baby cot is available at no extra charge, upon request.
The accommodation is not responsible for the guests’ belongings, but will do everything possible to protect them and warn them of possible dangers.
Pets are not allowed. In case some guest arrives with a pet, without notification, the property has the right to refuse entry, cancel the reservation and charge the total balance, as scheduled.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
No private parking available. Guests can park their cars on the streets
around, without any charge.
Quiet hours: 15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 – 07:00.
Guests are requested not to cause any disturbance, to behave civilly and respect other guests, the staff and the accommodation. The business reserves the right to refuse service or evict any person who does not comply with the regulations or exhibits objectionable behavior. In this case, the business has no obligation to pay any compensation.
In case of damage to a room or other property, due to intent, willfulness or negligence, the accommodation reserves the right to charge the amount of the damage suffered, including damage due to interruption of activities, on the credit / debit card of the registered customer. In case the customer has payed cash or in another way, the business will demand the immediate payment of the amount of the damage suffered, otherwise it reserves all its legal rights.
It is considered obvious by the business, that upon arrival, the guests are aware of the policies of the accommodation and that they accept the conditions and obligations, determined by them.
